This paratransit service provides transportation alternatives for individuals who, at times, are unable to utilize or experience significant difficulties with the CDTA fixed-route bus system due to a disability or impairment. Individuals residing outside the STAR service area may qualify for complementary paratransit service but can only access STAR service for travel within the designated area.
