CORE (Community Oriented Recovery & Empowerment) Peer Navigators provide support to individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use, and trauma by helping them identify their goals and linking them to relevant community services. These Peer Navigators have personal experience in navigating these services, which enables them to assist clients in achieving their recovery objectives more efficiently. They guide clients through the entire process of referral, engagement, and service delivery.
