Developmental Disabilities Regional Offices (DDROs) act as the entry point for service applications. To improve oversight and service quality, the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) has created regions that enhance collaboration with the State Office of Mental Health, State Department of Health, and other partner agencies involved in service provision.
