The program aids parents in locating child care options and offers financial assistance for child care expenses. It also supports child care providers through technical training and resources across various care formats. Start-up grants are available for registered or licensed in-home programs. Additionally, the program reimburses providers for serving nutritious meals and snacks under the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and offers application help for Legally Exempt providers, including health and safety grants.
