This initiative focuses on planning, developing, and managing community services tailored for older adults in Cayuga County. It provides support and information regarding senior programs such as the Elder In-Home Services Program (EISEP) that includes case management, the Caregiver and Alzheimer's Community Service Program, and the Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP). Additionally, it offers the Senior Nutrition Program, which delivers meals to homes and provides congregate dining options, as well as assistance with benefits applications and limited legal services.
Intake Procedure: Individuals, families, other agencies, and professionals can refer clients. While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcome; for more information, please call or visit the website.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost, although donations are appreciated but not mandatory.
