Offers comprehensive services such as newborn care, breastfeeding assistance, well-child visits, physical examinations for school and sports, sick visits, mental health and ADHD treatment, adolescent family planning, STI testing, developmental assessments, hearing and vision screenings, along with the Reach Out & Read initiative that provides free books.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone or visit in person. Staff members will help clients with the necessary documentation to access services.
Fees: Accepts all forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Child Health Plus, and provides payment plans along with a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
