Clinical Services - Jamestown - Resource Center

This clinic provides a range of services for individuals of all ages, which require prescriptions for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing, Seating/Positioning, and Speech Language Pathology. It also offers Psychological Evaluation & Diagnosis, Social Work, and both Individual and Group Counseling. Additional services available include Adult Day Health Programs, Developmental Disabilities Screening, Information & Referral, and Social Skills Training. For intake, simply make a phone call. The clinic accepts most insurance providers, along with sliding fee options and private pay.
