Offers a range of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Home and Community-based Waiver, Community Habilitation, Residential Community Habilitation, In-Home Respite, Saturday Respite, Freestanding Respite (specific to Erie County), and Self-Directed Services. Staff can assist with limited transportation for certain services. Aspire of WNY CILS Division helps individuals with developmental disabilities live in the community, whether with family, friends, or independently, and aids in the discovery, planning, and execution of community-based supports. The program provides various supports tailored to meet individual needs and preferences, fostering active participation in home, work, and community life.

Fees: Services are covered under Medicaid waiver.

- Individuals must be Medicaid eligible, reside in their own home or with family (excluding Residential Community Habilitation), and have a developmental disability. Services are available in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara Counties.
