This initiative delivers case management along with prenatal and postnatal home visiting services. It employs trained Community Health Workers (CHW) to identify, recruit, and evaluate the needs of specific women before, during, and after their pregnancies. CHWs assist women by providing referrals for necessary services, educating them on the advantages of family planning and early prenatal care, helping them secure health insurance and medical care, and ensuring follow-up to confirm that services were received. Additional offerings include support for breastfeeding and a program for smoking cessation.
