This initiative delivers a range of supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities through a partnership with the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Services include Service Access, Brokerage, Self-Directed Services, Community Habilitation, and Family Support Services, which encompasses monthly youth groups, social skills classes, and summer day camps.
Fees: Established fees apply.
