When adopting from the Chenango SPCA, pets come with age-appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, a Feline Leukemia test for cats, flea preventative treatment, a complimentary bag of Hills Science Diet Food (for dogs and cats), a 30-day free pet health insurance (subject to certain conditions), a free health examination from a participating veterinarian, microchipping, and a pet ID tag. The adoption process is straightforward and requires a simple application. We also provide pet food and supplies to those in need and may offer temporary animal boarding if circumstances permit.
