This program offers self-care training tailored to the needs and capabilities of adults with developmental or acquired disabilities. The training may encompass vital daily living skills such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, eating, household chores, laundry, transportation, and shopping. Sessions can be conducted in a group environment or in the comfort of one's home.
