Cortland County Community Action Program (Capco)

Healthy Families provides complimentary services to individuals caring for a baby under three months or those who are expecting. Participants may engage in one or both of our offerings! We assist in connecting you with additional resources such as playgroups, childcare, insurance, transportation, educational opportunities, job searches, housing, and more! You will have regular interactions with a Family Support Specialist who can guide you in preparing for childbirth, understanding infant development, achieving your personal goals, enjoying parenthood, and much more!
