The program provides various services such as service coordination, case management, counseling, life skills training, community integration, therapeutic recreation, structured day programs, home support, residential habilitation, positive behavioral supports, support groups, cognitive remediation, vocational services, and educational assistance. It also includes physical therapy, physiatry, and nursing/medication management. The organization is a recognized provider for the New York State Department of Health Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program and collaborates with the NYS Medicaid system, the Health Department, the NYS Insurance Fund, various no-fault and third-party insurance carriers, as well as private pay clients.
