The SPOA committee is made up of diverse stakeholders who work together to manage referrals, foster collaboration among service providers, advocate for community needs, and eliminate obstacles within the community. Their goal is to lower the chances of out-of-home placements and the need for higher levels of care, while also working with local providers to create innovative solutions to service barriers.
