The Cortland County Nutrition Program supports health and wellness by providing nutritious meals, exercise opportunities, activities, and socialization for seniors. Each meal is designed to meet at least one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowance, containing around 600-800 calories. A suggested donation of $3.00 is requested for breakfast and lunch, while dinner costs $4. Meals are typically served at midday, but breakfast, dinner, and outdoor picnics during the summer are also part of the monthly schedule.
Fees: $3 for breakfast and lunch; $4 for dinner.
