This program is designed to foster community and enhance peer leadership abilities in adolescents. The activities are tailored for success and require full engagement, promoting better decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Its objective is to assist young individuals facing challenges, guiding them towards higher education and meaningful employment. Participants join one of three 3-week summer sessions and take part in weekend activities at camp throughout the school year. Families of the teens are also involved during weekends in the spring and fall. Activities include camping, canoeing, high ropes courses, peer group counseling, learning essential job skills, and participating in local community service projects.
