Beacon Center - Amherst Outpatient Facility

Delivers treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Services encompass evaluations for substance use disorders, individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options such as Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol screenings, mental health counseling, medication management, family and adolescent counseling, peer support, and evaluations for impaired drivers. This facility is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS) and ensures that all services are confidential. Located in the Sheridan Center Plaza at the intersection of Sheridan Drive and Sweet Home Road, adjacent to Allstate, the Amherst facility offers both in-person and telehealth services. ##REENTRY##

Intake Procedure: Individuals can access evaluations via walk-in/same day services or by calling 716-831-1937 to schedule an appointment. A photo ID and insurance card are necessary (unless uninsured).

Fees: The facility accepts most health insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care; copays or deductibles must be paid at the time of service. For those without insurance, sliding scale fees and payment plans are available.
