Delivers a complete range of mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for individuals of all ages. Offerings include psychiatric evaluations, counseling, psychiatry, and medication management for various mental health and substance use issues, including those with co-occurring disorders. Additional services comprise medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, health care screenings and monitoring, skills development, educational support, vocational services including rehabilitation, targeted case management, and peer support. ##REENTRY##
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in during designated hours (refer to Schedule), contact 716-884-0888, or send referrals via fax to 716-886-4002.
Fees: Most insurances are accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare, with a sliding scale option available.
