Boys & Girls Clubs Of Buffalo - Elmwood Village Charter School Clubhouse

The after-school program caters to boys and girls aged 5 to 18, focusing on five essential areas. Character Leadership Development helps youth to positively influence their Club and community, build meaningful relationships, foster a healthy self-image, engage in democratic practices, and appreciate cultural identities. Education and Career Development aims to enhance academic skills, apply knowledge in real-life contexts, and leverage technology for better job opportunities. Health and Life Skills encourages young individuals to adopt positive behaviors for their well-being, set personal goals, and acquire the skills necessary for independent living. The Arts fosters creativity and cultural appreciation through various artistic mediums, including visual arts, performing arts, and creative writing. Sports, Fitness, and Recreation focus on physical health, effective leisure activities, stress management, environmental appreciation, and social skills.

Intake Procedure: Parents are required to fill out a membership application for each child they wish to enroll and attend a parent orientation.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
