This facility provides shelter for homeless women and children, as well as assistance for individuals experiencing domestic violence. It ensures safety 24/7 and typically allows for a 30-day stay, with the possibility of an extension if necessary. Residents are helped to transition to more permanent housing solutions to promote self-sufficiency. The shelter also offers transitional housing specifically for women and various services, including on-site medical care, preschool classrooms, certified teachers for school-aged children, licensed daycare, referrals for case management, food, clothing, and shelter, connections with social workers and mental health professionals, and a 12-step recovery program for substance abuse. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, while the shelter remains open 24/7.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call or walk in; security will inform them about bed availability.

Fees: The emergency shelter is subsidized, with rent set at 30% of income for supportive and transitional housing.
