The program delivers after-school academic support specifically aimed at elementary students from refugee families, prioritizing the development of reading, writing, and English speaking skills. It includes personalized homework assistance and tutoring in reading and math, as well as educational and recreational activities, field trips, and chances for social interaction. A project-based learning approach fosters a structured environment that encourages positive social behaviors. Book clubs cater to each student's reading level to enhance their enjoyment and proficiency in reading. Additionally, a 6-week summer program is available.
