This program offers mental health services to individuals in pre-trial detention and those serving local sentences, along with evaluations and treatment referrals. It also provides consultations to the judicial system, including courts, probation, and parole, and engages in system-oriented research.
Intake Process: Individuals can self-refer while in the custody of the Erie County Sheriff or may be referred through court orders by the Criminal Justice System.
Cost: Services are provided at no charge.
