Jericho Road Community Health Center - Broadway Clinic

Jericho Road delivers comprehensive medical services to anyone in need, with both male and female physicians on staff. The Broadway location offers a variety of services including Routine Individual and Family Care, Maternity and OBGYN Care, Children's Health, Specialized Diabetes Care, and Medical Imaging in collaboration with WNY MRI. Additional services include Behavioral Health, Care Coordination, Pharmacy Consultation, Medication Assistance, help with health insurance applications, interpretation services, and comprehensive Dental Care for all ages (refer to the separate listing for Jericho Road Family Dental). Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call; new patients are currently being accepted.

Fees: The facility accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale. A benefits adviser is available to discuss eligibility for health benefits, and uninsured patients are also welcomed.
