Jericho Road delivers comprehensive, high-quality medical services to anyone in need, featuring both male and female doctors. The Doat Street location provides a variety of services, including Routine Individual and Family Care, Women's Health and Maternity/OB/GYN Care, Children's Health, Specialized Diabetes Care, and Medical Imaging through partnerships with WNY Breast Health and WNY MRI. Additional offerings include Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services with Medication Management and Education, Medical Case Management, and Care Coordination for patients with complex needs, as well as assistance in applying for health insurance and benefits.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call; new patients are currently being accepted.
Fees: The facility accepts most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale, along with a benefits adviser to discuss eligibility for health coverage.
