Neighborhood Health Center - Riverway

This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers comprehensive healthcare services such as pediatrics, internal and family medicine, OB/GYN, dental care for both adults and children, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, medications for opioid use disorder, vision care, and a pharmacy that offers home delivery. It caters to all individuals, with particular attention to the medically under-insured, uninsured, and homeless populations. Additional services include onsite lab tests, ultrasounds, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, health education sessions, blood pressure screenings, and free walk-in pregnancy tests. The center also provides transportation support for clients to reach their appointments and offers referral assistance. It participates in the 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace, with hospital affiliations including Sisters Hospital and the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.

Fees: The center accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and uninsured individuals may qualify for sliding fee scale discounts based on their income and household size. Information and counseling services are provided at no charge.
