The program features a range of activities, including bingo, coffee and conversation, seasonal arts and crafts, fitness classes like yoga, lectures, and creative arts. It also provides recreational outings and engaging classes and training through University Express and various partners, with programs held at multiple locations on the West Side. A hot lunch is available every weekday through the Erie County Department of Senior Services’ Stay Fit Dining Program. To sign up for the lunch service, please reach out to Aileen Gonzalez-Marti, the older adult programs manager, at 716-884-6616 x101.
Intake Procedure: You can call 716-884-6616 to speak with the Director of Senior Services or visit 161 Vermont St, Buffalo, NY 14213 during program hours.
Fees: There is no charge for participation.
