Employment & Vocational Services - Olv Human Services

This initiative delivers customized support for individuals encountering employment barriers, specifically targeting those eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation services from agencies such as the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Adult Career & Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR), and the Office of Mental Health (OMH) Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) for both adults and children. OLV Human Services assists participants throughout their employment journey, from assessment to ongoing support, primarily within their local communities, and is conveniently reachable via public transportation (NFTA Routes 16, 42). The intake process involves referrals from funding sources including ACCES-VR, OPWDD, Wraparound, or HCBS Care Coordination. Services are funded by vocational rehabilitation agencies.
