This program delivers a variety of support options for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, utilizing a Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed Care methodology. There are multiple residences located in Erie, Chautauqua, Niagara, and Monroe Counties, each staffed with qualified personnel available around the clock. The program features distinct homes catering to specific needs, such as accommodations for children, specialized residences for those with complex medical conditions, and various apartment choices. All residential services are accredited by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

Fees: Established based on assessment.
