This service offers an extensive array of licensing, records, and informational assistance to the residents of the town. The available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additionally, it includes processing passport applications and managing town records and archives. Property tax preparation and collection for the Village of Hope occurs from January until June 1st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Hamilton County Treasurer's Office.
