This initiative provides public housing tailored for elderly individuals and those with long-term disabilities, consisting of 148 apartments. It includes 86 efficiency units, 57 one-bedroom units, and 5 two-bedroom units, all equipped with newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms for new residents. Preference is given to permanent residents of the City of Batavia, and there may be a waiting list.
