This initiative provides public housing for families with low incomes, senior citizens, and individuals with long-term disabilities. It includes 13 family apartments, 7 three-bedroom units, and 6 four-bedroom units. Preference is extended to individuals who are permanent residents of Genesee County. A waiting list may be in effect.
