Supportive Scattered-Site Housing - Genesee County - Living Opportunities Of Depaul

This program, not certified by the Office of Mental Health, focuses on obtaining permanent housing for individuals, including those with mental health challenges and those who are mentally ill and chemically addicted (MICA). The staff assists clients with low incomes in finding suitable housing that fulfills their requirements. They provide safe and affordable apartments, furniture, connections to vital community resources, and advocacy support. The team works closely with clients to secure, set up, and sustain homes tailored to their unique needs. Services encompass landlord communication, lease arrangement, essential household item acquisition, rental assistance, and help in identifying service gaps.

Intake Procedure: Referrals are necessary.

Fees: Clients are responsible for a portion of their rent and all utility costs.
