Homebound Medical Transportation offers transportation services to qualifying seniors for their medical or entitlement appointments. The Department coordinates rides via volunteer drivers to both medical facilities and special entitlement agencies, such as Social Security, for those who require assistance. Our committed volunteers provide transportation throughout Greene County and into surrounding areas.

Fees: Based on a sliding scale, fees range from $3.00 to $15.00 depending on the distance traveled.
