The town offers a variety of licensing, records, and informational services for its residents. This includes marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, the town processes passport applications and maintains local records and archives. Property taxes are collected from residents of the Town of Manheim from January until March 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Herkimer County Treasurer's Office.
