Arc Herkimer

The program provides a range of support services for adults and children. For adults, it includes Education Support Services to help individuals return to school, Pre-vocational Services that prepare them for employment, Intensive Supported Employment to aid in securing and maintaining jobs, and Ongoing Supported Employment for continued assistance post-employment. Additionally, Family Support and Training is available to enhance the abilities of family members in supporting those with behavioral health challenges. For children and youth, services include Community Habilitation for learning social and daily living skills, Day Habilitation for relationship-building and communication, Caregiver/Family Support for training and education, Community Self Advocacy Training for understanding various needs, Prevocational Services for job readiness, Supported Employment for ongoing job support, and Planned Respite Services for temporary relief for families.
