This initiative creates a welcoming environment for LGBTQ youth to come together and receive assistance from supportive adults through services such as case management, testing for HIV, STDs, and Hepatitis C, mental health evaluations, and referrals to LGBTQ-friendly clinical services and health organizations. It also provides after-school activities and support groups for youth, parents, and families. Specific groups include LGBTQ Youth & Allies (ages 13-17) meeting on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, TransYouth (ages 13-22) on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, TransParent Group on the same Wednesdays, Unity Group for gender non-conforming youth (ages 3-22) on the first Monday of the month, Q Kids (ages 8-12) on the third Wednesday of the month, Youth of Color (ages 13-22) on the second and fourth Wednesdays, Steppin' Out (ages 18-22) on Thursdays, and COLAGE for children of LGBTQ parents (ages 8-12) on the fourth Monday of the month from September to June.
