This initiative supports children from birth to 21 years old who are facing significant chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional challenges by aiding in the search for healthcare providers, helping secure insurance and other financial assistance for healthcare, and providing guidance in accessing care coordination and additional support services.
