The town offers an extensive array of licensing, record-keeping, and informational services for its residents. This includes marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, services encompass the processing of passport applications and the maintenance of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents of the Town of Watertown between January and March 16th, after which all paperwork is forwarded to the Jefferson County Treasurer's Office.
