Available licenses and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional services encompass the processing of passport applications and the maintenance of town records and archives. Property taxes for residents of the Town of Pitcairn are prepared and collected from January until May 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
