This program delivers comprehensive physical and mental health services for both adults and children, which encompass screenings for physical examinations (including pre-employment), as well as assessments for cancer, anemia, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cholesterol levels, and hearing. It includes family and pediatric medicine, mental health counseling, dentistry, medication assistance, podiatry, chiropractic care, health education, insurance navigation, chronic disease prevention and management, and medical expense assistance. Additionally, emergency food is available, along with referrals for women's health services (such as pap smears and mammograms), specialists, grief support, spiritual support, and other specialty care.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be scheduled by phone.
Fees: A donation of $10 is requested for services, and a $30 donation is suggested for physical examinations.
