This initiative provides crucial support to low-income individuals and families by offering case management services that involve a series of assessments. Assistance is tailored to individual needs and may cover expenses such as rent, security deposits, mortgages, utilities (including gas, electric, heating, water, and sewer), auto insurance and repairs, personal hygiene products, diapers and wipes, furniture, as well as transportation costs like gasoline and bus passes for work-related activities. Additionally, the program offers information and referrals to suitable resources or agencies and provides personal financial counseling.
