This service provides non-medical personal care, housekeeping assistance, case management, information and referral services, and supportive counseling to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for an eligibility screening and assessment.
Fees: Services are generally free, except for non-medical aide services, which are offered on a sliding scale based on income, meaning cost-sharing may apply.
