This service delivers essential healthcare and wellness support for youth and young adults aged 12 to 25. It includes diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for both acute and chronic health conditions and injuries. Additionally, it offers physical examinations for work, sports, or school, laboratory testing, immunizations, and counseling for personal issues. Routine gynecological services, family planning, pregnancy prevention methods, including emergency contraception, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing, options counseling, and necessary referrals are also provided. Health education and contraceptive counseling are available in both individual and group settings.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be scheduled or individuals may walk in.
Fees: Services are available through Medicaid, Medicare, and a sliding scale; please call for more details.
