This program delivers primary healthcare and wellness services aimed at youth and young adults between the ages of 12 and 25. It includes diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for both acute and chronic health issues, as well as physical examinations for employment, sports, or academic purposes. Services also encompass laboratory testing, immunizations, personal counseling, routine gynecological care, family planning, pregnancy prevention methods, and emergency contraception. Additionally, it provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing, options counseling, and necessary referrals. Health education and contraceptive counseling are offered in both individual and group formats.

Intake Procedure: Appointments can be scheduled or individuals may walk in.

Fees: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and operates on a sliding scale; please call for further details.
