This program delivers outpatient medical services to individuals and families, which encompass primary and preventive care, pediatrics, family medicine, dental services, obstetric and gynecologic care, geriatrics, podiatry, nutrition, immunizations, speech and hearing assessments, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. Additionally, it provides short-term mental health and addiction services, as well as optometry services such as vision testing, glaucoma assessments, eyeglass prescriptions, and diabetic eye screenings.

Payment options include Medicaid and a sliding scale based on income, with discounts of up to 75% available upon inquiry.
