Deaf Refugee Advocacy, Inc.

The program provides instruction through classes, tutoring sessions, and workshops covering a range of important topics such as American Sign Language (ASL), reading and writing in English, effective money management, self-sufficiency skills like cooking and cleaning, understanding US citizenship along with history and government, health and wellness, emotional management, and building positive relationships. It also prepares individuals for job readiness and fosters understanding of Deaf culture for families learning ASL. Additionally, participants can acquire computer skills.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, visit the website, or call for information. To ensure service availability, making an appointment is recommended.

Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
