Elk Place

This program offers a residential rooming house for extended stays on a month-to-month basis, targeting primarily adults with limited financial resources or those on long-term assistance. If the renter is a client of an agency, the agency will handle the rent payment directly. Each room comes furnished with a bed and dresser, and all utilities are included. The entrance is monitored around the clock, and visitors are not permitted.

Fees: Monthly rates start at $500, plus a security deposit. For DHS recipients, the cost is $440, and a landlord-tenant agreement can substitute for the security deposit.
