Family Counseling Service Of The Finger Lakes

This initiative creates a welcoming space for individuals and families, irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. It provides individual and group support, including counseling for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families, assistance in locating gender-affirming care and services, help with DASA (Dignity for All Students Act) and discrimination issues, educational presentations, support for name changes, and domestic violence assistance. Additionally, it runs YANA (You Are Not Alone), a peer-led support group for LGBTQ+ youth, and offers a more informal gathering for LGBTQ+-identifying adults called Haven, focusing on community building. Square One is also part of the offerings.
