Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call on Monday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, or Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
